Q: How long do I have to wait for my order?

The WEWOO team will mail each order immediately when it is ready, which is assumed to be within a week. For some pre-order items, we will notify you of a delivery date in advance.

Q: How do I know which items are in stock or pre-order?

Most of our items are ready-to-buy items, and stocks are ready to be purchased once it is launched. However, we have a pre-order collection/item listed online with remarks; don't hesitate to contact us for confirmation if you are unsure.

Q: Can I cancel or amend my order?

No, after the customer has placed the order, we will not accept any amendments, including combining or add-ons to existing orders.

Q: Can I change my shipping address?

Customers can change the shipping info before the dispatch by messaging our customer service. When the delivery note is ready and sent to the customer, customer can manually amend the address on S.F app.

Customers will fully absorb any costs incurred from a wrong postal address.

Customers can redirect or amend the shipping from another delivery system, e.g., the S.F. Express app. However, WEWOOWEWOOWEE will not guarantee and take responsibility for shipping problems.
